Help with translate Hozon paper

Dear Sirs,

On behalf of a friend of mine, I seek your help translate this paper. I think I might see attribution to Shimada school, but I am unsure. If any can be so kind to translate the whole paper, it will be much appreciated.

The paper say just mumei (Shimada) - 無銘 (島田).
