Sayagaki translation help

Any assistance with this sayagaki would be greatly appreciated.

The large writing at the top looks like

Mi No Kuni Kane Nobu (Mino kuni Kanenobu).

There are not many of this name...all from Mino seem to be koto or gendaito.

The middle section I am not sure of...maybe a period and value.

The bottom section is the length.

Maybe post overall pic and nakago etc and someone could help you a bit more?

Update-

I have just received this sword and again would like to please ask for some help in translating the other side of the saya.

Unfortunatly the habaki and tsuka have been glued on with what looks like shellac ? Its certainly not rice glue
