Is there any interest for replica tassels?

I am wondering if anyone is looking for replica tassels? I emailed a company who makes tassels to see if they would make me a replica. I want to display my sword and don't want to pay a few hundred for it. Is there anyone else who would go for a replica? Also any one who could give me the specs on them, length, material exc. If there is a demand maybe we could get a discount for forum members. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks.

do they make also replicas for kyu gunto? some of them - field officers, police officers, not speaking about general officers are very hard to find and i'd be willing to pay good money for quality replicas

I bought two once on e-bay from somebody in South Africa. Cost about £4+ £5 p&p

Not authentic...but looks very good for display.

Never saw them advertised again though.

It's just my opinion .... But buying replicas just encourages more copies of everything to be made , and as they get better due to more money being made... The copies become harded to spot... Thus devaluing our hobby and collections... :?
