Please help with this translation; this is a sword I picked up at the Tulsa show from an old Marine. I think the date might be KAN BUN SHICHI NEN ICHI GATSU ? NI HI ... Nagasa: 23" (58.4cm). This is the first time I have done this, so bear with me:
