......If this blade is what he claims it to be, why not submit it to shinsa *BEFORE* sellling it? Your thoughts?.......

If I may quote the seller:....So i say nothing to mutch.....

Nobody would seriously expect to find a Renoir or van Gogh at E-Bay - not as an unidentified find but with that famous name! Why would anyone believe that an obviously uninformed seller had a true MASAMUNE to offer at that price?

Compare with real MASAMUNE blades and you have your answer.

But Guys..... According to the seller and I quote directly here, "It has a great Hammon" and "It is in fawless condition". Now how could you not believe a seller who has such a terrific grasp of spelling accuracy and descriptive english?????? The listing absolutely inspires one with true confidence and trust. :doubt:

And then the headlines...."Genuine masamune sold for peanuts on ebay"..... :glee:

Jokes aside, way back a chap offered me the worst bone mounted tanto I had ever seen, he wanted £100 for it!!!. The tsuka was hard and fast, the blade had been polished with chrome cleaner so no. I mentioned it to a collector in Edinburgh who bought it,turned out to be a first generation Yasutsugu....ya never know in some case's when gems disguised as junk float past
