I think this is the kanji... NOT kanesada

I was with you at first but Kanesda kanji is 兼定 I don't think these are the last two characters of your mei.

Noshu ju Kanesada. John :)

question for the ones well versed in translating Nihongo to English ( you know who you are )..........

Is it accepted convention to add " no " before " ju " , like.........

Noshu no ju Kanesada ?

Or the " no " is totally redundant ?

Merci, arrigato, danke, mucha gracias, thanks, tsi-tsi...........

However the KANE still doesn't look right to me.... now I see the two uprights within the 'box' which would discount my previous kanji assumption, but the 'handwriting' is a bit weird...
