Tassels from Japan

Any idea why we see so much swords tassels on e-bay (they also look almost new) coming

out of Japan these past few months ?

Can't imagine, but i noted that too(i'm looking to purchase one company grade). But most come from different sellers. I purchased some items from seller you indicated and everything was fine..

Hello peaple, there is a company in Japan that still makes tassels to this day. I have been told that they are near perfict copys to a original's, I will try and post the web address for everyone.

Since my web site started I have a regular number of emails from companies in India offering everything from the full range of tassels to shoulder boards. Never bought but if the items are as good as the photographs it would be difficult to tell they are copies.

do they offer also kyu gunto tassels? Perhaps it would be interesting to have quality made copies for display purposes. But again, better not if such interest would encourage them to start selling as originals...
