wakizashi sword identification

Hello - I am new to this forum and acquired the sword in the attached pics about a year ago. I am attemting to identify the sword and any information about it. I have done quite a bit of research prior to this posting and have been told the following:

 

wakizashi signed Kanefusa made in the 1500-1600s

 

wakizashi signed Kanenobu made in the 1300-1500s

 

I appreciate any help that can be provided. It is likely that I will sell this sword at some point in the future and in the spirit of the forum I believe I should make this known. I am also trying to get a sense of the swords value. Thanks for any help that can be provided
