FK signature help

Hi all-

Looking for help translating the signature on this FK

My best reading is Izumi Hide Toshi w/Kao

I am very confident in the Izumi and the Hide but not so sure about the Toshi.

He is in Haynes H 01184.0- vol 1, p 259

Plate references are in Wakayama Vol 1 p 43 and Shinsen Kino Meikan p. 31

The problem is is that there is NO similarity between my piece and the plates.

If anyone can come up with an alternative reading that would not be a blatant gimei, I would love to know.

those books handy, can you supply ther kanji here please.

How do I supply the kanji? I don't know that I have the software avilable or at least not installed to do it? Am on a Windows XPSP2 running MS Office.

see Kanji when you browse ? Can you see these ?.

 

For exapmle, 秀壽 is Hidetoshi.

 

If so, then cutr and paste the kanji on your mei in a thread, it is just a matter if finding them.

Kanji are

秀 壽 for Hide Toshi

cannot find the Izumi one

I thought I did post an image but will do so again

Izumi Hidetoshi. he lived in Edo in late Edo period. I will see if I can find out more tonight.

Do you think the singature might be valid?

at the moment Kirk but I will look tonight and see if I can find an example in my books. It is well stuck, I will give it that, and probably not a super big name so most likely ok, but that is just a guess fo rthe moment.
