TomP Posted April 18, 2011 Report Posted April 18, 2011 I was hoping to bring in a wakizashi blade for possible appraisal/value info. to the Chicago show coming up in a couple of weeks. I will be attending the Chicago show for the first time and was wondering if there was an official appraisal table that I should go to for the blade, or if I should introduce myself to some of the dealers and have them look it over? What is the "best practice" so to speak concerning appraisals at this kind of show? Any info. would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Tom Quote
raiden Posted April 18, 2011 Report Posted April 18, 2011 There will be many people to help you with your sword at the show. Get several opinions, then you canmake the final decision. Mike Quote
Grey Doffin Posted April 18, 2011 Report Posted April 18, 2011 Hi Tom, Feel free to stop by the table I share with Mark Jones. Either one or both of us will be glad to help. Grey Quote
