I was hoping to bring in a wakizashi blade for possible appraisal/value info. to the Chicago show coming up in a couple of weeks. I will be attending the Chicago show for the first time and was wondering if there was an official appraisal table that I should go to for the blade, or if I should introduce myself to some of the dealers and have them look it over? What is the "best practice" so to speak concerning appraisals at this kind of show? Any info. would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Sorry for the dump question (no sword show has ever been held in my country), but will it be possible for someone to help me an item I 'm searching for?
