Thank you everybody for directing me without spoiling my fun.

 

I have interpeted most the mei (actualy not me but http://nihontoclub.com/smiths/KUN292 ) as

皇都住吉原國家精鍛之

kōto ju yoshihara kuniie seitan kore

 

plus two unknown kanji

 

this means according to my translation (and guess) something like "at the imperial capital youshihara kuniie with precision forged this"

 

the unknown kanji remind me of the kanji for showa 昭和 but I am not sure.

The other kanji read Nihonso 日本荘 and are the name of his forge. The top kanji are the location, which is in Tokyo. The rest you have correctly translated....
