Curgan Posted September 5, 2010 Report Posted September 5, 2010 Hello All! A week ago one fellow forumite (I was sure it was mr Tacchini) posted a picture showing the evolution of Japanese blades throught time. I am searching for it now with no result. If anyone remembers the thread please reply with the url. Thanks! Quote
machinist Posted September 5, 2010 Report Posted September 5, 2010 http://www.arscives.com/historysteel/japaneseintroduction.htm Kind of small, there may be better. Quote
Carlo Giuseppe Tacchini Posted September 5, 2010 Report Posted September 5, 2010 John, can't remember it... But the one linked by Donald is good. Quote
Brian Posted September 5, 2010 Report Posted September 5, 2010 Donald, Not small at all, it is very good, and if you click on it, the actual size is decent. The article (linked here before) is pretty good, and well worth a read or 2. I think some of the members (Guido?) might have had a hand in that display. Brian Quote
nagamaki - Franco Posted September 5, 2010 Report Posted September 5, 2010 Hi, have a substantially larger version of this image if needed(?) in files 567 KB (580,868 bytes), but am unsure of 1) copyright issues? 2) don't wish to step on toes over size of image posted here? Thoughts? Brian? Quote
Curgan Posted September 6, 2010 Author Report Posted September 6, 2010 Yes, that's the pic and the size is very good! It was at the numbers of folds thread, but linked not posted (silly me). My many thanks to all!!! Quote
