NY Shinsa?

Is there a NY shinsa in the cards? Is there a regular rotation of US cities? I'd love to attend one.

Hello, The only places in the U.S I've heard them having a Shinsa at have been Miami,San Francisco, and Minneapolis. Although i really don't know if they do have more cities as options, they tend to go where there is a greater congregate of collectors. I believe Minneapolis has no real significant number of collectors, but its in the center where all the collectors scattered across the Midwest and New England can all gather without too much traveling so thats probably your best bet.

There has been talk at the NY Token kai http://www.ny-tokenkai.org/home.htm about hosting an NTHK shinsa. How likely this is, I'm not sure. The last shinsa in NY was in 2006, so maybe we're due for another one.

Minneapolis NTHK-NPO shinsa is tentatively planned for the beginning of October, 2011. Once things are firmed up, I will post location, dates, etc....

can you find out more about what the ny tokenkai has cooling regarding a ny shinsa? They ha one on 2002 and the other in 2006 as you've stated. For some reason I had thought they were trying to keep it happening every 4 years which means this year would have seen one. Alas not...

Anyhow, any new info would be appreciated.
