With Bob Benson's evaluation and the pics, which are fairly decent, it looks like the proverbial bargain that everyone is looking for and if I had the bucks, I'd not hesitate. "He who hesitates...etc." And getting away from just the price, the sword looks pretty damn nice and interesting. Tsuba is cool, too.

As says Uncle Stephen :glee: .....

I feel good (James Brown) -

I am back from a 3 hot day business trip in Egypt (41° C at 7 PM landing in Cairo) and for once have a look on e-bay section :

B.B's opinion (mind : not Brigitte Bardot)

2 Free adds for NMB

A real Nihonto signed from early Muromachi, a fair price if not polished (a bit expensive once polished - to my taste : I am broken at the time being and sparing for 2010 DTI)

Behaviour:

Steve gave up the idea of getting it polished and wants to sell it (whatever his reasons, it is not our business). He has worked on the topic and not waiting from members' opinion only. Last post over 7 months, so I say: he is a decent guy

Thanks Steve for having advertised our Forum

I would say nice get.

The polish is not bad, the fittings look good, and the sword looks great for it's age.

I would say you got a bargain.

Aren't recessions great for buyers of swords! :)
