DirkO Posted April 8, 2010 Author Report Posted April 8, 2010 I prefer to pay a little more, getting in touch directly with Paul and have a *signed* copy. Hehehe, good point. If that's the case, Carlo, then just consider this a little heads up for your autograph hunting !

pcfarrar Posted June 28, 2010 Report Posted June 28, 2010 I received my copy from Amazon at the weekend and I must say that it is an excellent book. It contains a plethora of useful information that to my knowledge is not present in any other English language book. The explanations of suriage, why swords are mumei etc. are superb and the book dispels many of the common myths we so often hear.
Paul Martin Posted June 29, 2010 Report Posted June 29, 2010 Count me in for royalty contributions to the authors... Ray, why don't you just borrow Fred's copy? seeing as you are in the Bay area. Best
xxlotus8xx Posted June 30, 2010 Report Posted June 30, 2010 Count me in for royalty contributions to the authors... Ray, why don't you just borrow Fred's copy? seeing as you are in the Bay area. Best A) Who's Fred? B) Because it would still be Fred's copy if borrowed. C) The UPS guy just dropped off Ray's copy. But perhaps me and Fred can discuss the finer book points over beers! And Paul, you are most welcome to join as well! As a matter of fact, I invite the whole Nihonto Message board!!
Carlo Giuseppe Tacchini Posted June 30, 2010 Report Posted June 30, 2010 As a matter of fact, I invite the whole Nihonto Message board!! Thanks Ray, very appreciated but I've some problem to join the goup. Can't swim so long
xxlotus8xx Posted July 1, 2010 Report Posted July 1, 2010 As a matter of fact, I invite the whole Nihonto Message board!! Thanks Ray, very appreciated but I've some problem to join the goup. Can't swim so long  Well the way I figure it. Anyone who has enough money to collect Nihonto can surely afford a plane ticket.. But that's OK Carlo. I'll take a rain check and the beer will be here for you!
xxlotus8xx Posted July 2, 2010 Report Posted July 2, 2010 So this book is excellent. I am finding it very to the point without a lot of "read between the lines" to get the answer. GREAT JOB!
