I think it is a family sword, handl was bent over to fit the military mount. If I need more pics of anything let me know nagasa is 25 5/8",, sori 3/8" allmost straight. Post or PM thoughts thanks Vern

I am not sure which sword you mean?

The early gunto blade in the sabre mounts has a mon of the backstrap and the nakago/hilt is folded, probably more to preserve the signature than making it fit the tsuka Hilt.

You have three german swords, a SAS dress dagger, a tulwar , 3 or 4 knights of Columbus or other fraternal swords etc. quite a mixture? And the pics are fine but you probably should just post of one blade.

If I were to take this to Chicago in May, Can it be put in the hands of exprts? Should be worth finding out for sure one way or the other. Thanks to those that have positive in put. Vern
