Motokasane: 7 mm. 

Sakikasane: 5 mm.

 

I will measure the nakago later, when I have time to go downstairs and take off the tsuka.

Thank you for all of the info Claus. I feel ubu wakizashi from late Muromachi is a plausible guess I would go for. It is a cool looking item.
