Translation help : Hashimoto tsuba

I would be most grateful if someone could help translate the mei on this tsuba, I believe it says Hashimoto.

My guess is 於肥後下地 / 橋本一至 (花押)

 

Hashimoto Isshi is quite famous maker and guys focused on fittings can most likely offer more assistance.

I can't see/read Hashimoto-san's first name, but he made this pieces in at a place in Higo called something like Shita-chi.

  . . . oh, and this is really nice looking guard.
