Saya translation. Kanemitsu?

Hello everyone. I was hoping you might be able to help me figure out this Waki. The owner says that it doesn’t have any paperwork, but he says the saya attributes it to Mino Kanemitsu. He says the saya was attributed by a “Dr Kanzan”. He thinks it’s Sue mino but also think the hamon is similar to Saint Wasamono Kanemoto. What does the saya say? What do you guys think?

The writing on the saya looks really fresh for Kanzan Sato as he died in 1978.

I do not know if the sayagaki is reliable or not.

Anyway, the smith name looks Kanesaki (兼先) of Mino province to me.
