genuine or fake hozon token

Happy holiday season to everyone here, 

I saw an auction with a supposedly hozon blade, however the papers seem significantly different from what I have previously seen as hozon. I am wondering if this is a forgery or just an older generation of appraisals I am not quite familiar with.

The paper was issued in 1985. It does not look strange to me.
