Translation of a WW2 bringback

Hello to all. It's been a while since I posted. I received this Katana and cannot find what it says. Also any other info on the sword itself would be appreciated. After tracing it onto clear acetate and then taking a picture, I did a Google Lens search. "Ishihara Uonao" ??

The more I read about the history and translation of these Japanese swords' nakago, the more I appreciate you folks who have studied them and have the knowledge, so thank you ahead for any help.

Thanks, Ray. Any idea as to the Gatsu mark?

It might match numbers on the metal fittings.  Are there numbers on the tsuba, seppa, or other parts?

The only other writing is on the wood inside the top of the Saya

Thanks for checking, Tom.  After another look, I see it's "81" not just 8.  I have 21 Kanenao on file with Showa, Seki, and Navy anchor stamps, but this is the only one I've seen with a number.
