Yari translation help please

Hi All,

i have this yari and have had a bash at translating the mei.

there seems to be reminants of black lacquer all over the kanji.

my attempt at the translation would be:

 

Satsuyo shi okudaira Moto ?

 

sadly the last character is rusted out.

 

am i anywhere near ?

You're bang on Mark. Is there the top two strokes of the last kanji showing or am I imagining something that isn't there?

I believe it is the top of Hiro (寛).
