Looking for place to buy Cheap PVC and Steel Tsuba in Tokyo and Nagoya.

Hi guys, I'll be in Tokyo an Nagoya for a few days looking for Tsuba to play around with to add on to my swords and wooden weapons.
Something cheap but still hold up for sparring (Doesn't have to look fancy)
