Translation help on a local find

While I was doing a deal for another sword, this one was also available in Gunto fittings. Curious what the Nakago translation is. 
 

Apologies for poor lighting. It’s on a counter in a dim lit store, and it was a little chaotic in there. I hope it is still legible enough to translate.

Unfortunately I did not purchase this sword. I am hoping the translation will help the owners find it a proper home. It was pretty nice looking, but had condition issues.

 Wonder if the missing tip went into the ( I hate these brain freeze) the hamon turn back wth....sorry...any way back in the day I'd had sunk $$ to have the blade polished. Never did own a D guard.

The boshi was intact as far as I could tell, but I’d want good photos or another look of that area to be sure. I was more focused on the Type95 
 

I like these type of fittings too. Very cool sword, but not in the cards for me
