Hey everyone! I was hoping to get your thoughts on the age and value of this katana. To my eyes, it’ looks to be koto. I’m thinking Muromachi or earlier? It has a double habaki, it looks to be osuriage Mumei katana. I have the chance to buy it from the seller. Any guesses on bite value? (Roughly)

Very hard to tell anything from these photos. I can't make out any trace of a hamon and it looks like there is either rust or some other damage to to blade’s edge. Without better pictures, I would pass on this one.
