Bruce Pennington Posted October 23 Report Posted October 23 Thought someone might benefit from this: Ebay sale of F&G book set of 5 4 Quote
GeorgeLuucas Posted October 23 Report Posted October 23 Thank you Bruce! If only that was the "buy it now" price . I'll be bidding on this one. Cheers, -Sam Quote
Andy P Posted October 23 Report Posted October 23 under the sellers completed items it sold for $217 four days ago, assumed re-listed for non-payment or buyer location (actually 4 days is the amount of time a seller has to wait before being able to cancel/relist without worrying about repercussions from the buyer, ebay won't allow the buyer to leave feedback), if it didn't have bids the seller might consider an offer, but at least there is some idea what it went for recently Quote
Bruce Pennington Posted October 24 Author Report Posted October 24 Oops! I just saw $150 and didn't notice it was an auction. It's up to $250 now. 1 Quote
Sansei Posted October 24 Report Posted October 24 Just below this listing is another one for just the Fuller-Gregory book alone......$316. Quote
Grey Doffin Posted October 24 Report Posted October 24 Another option for the 3 early softbound books: https://japaneseswor...gory-in-one-binding/ Thanks. Grey 2 Quote
GeorgeLuucas Posted October 28 Report Posted October 28 Thanks again @Bruce Pennington I very luckily won this auction. I've been looking for the Fuller and Gregory books for a decent price, and this was perfect! To get the Oshigata, Showa, and Swordsmiths of Japan softcovers is a HUGE bonus; and a great addition to my physical library. I hope they arrive safe . Cheers, -Sam 1 Quote

Truth is, I’ve been looking for these books for some time - I just never liked the prices until now. I will put them to good use, and they will live on my bookshelf indefinitely. I like to imagine, that someday, I’ll pass them down to an aspiring new collector. -Sam 2 1 Quote
