二百十一   -> 211 

To translate 本 correctly I'll need to know what item this is. Meaning is similiar to "pieces," like 五本 -> 5 books or 筆二本 -> 2 brushes.

Armor, the item is a Men-yoroi. (Menpō 面頬)
