Assistance with Translation of Shinsa Paper please

Hi all, I recently purchased a Wakizashi from a dealer in Japan and had it sent for Shinsa, it came back as appraised and passed with papers attributed.

The person who I bought it off said it was attributed to Kanenori Muromachi period and sent me a picture of the papers.

 

Could anyone kindly assist me with translation of the papers ?

It says it's an unsigned Wakizashi and states the length along with the date of appraisal.   NBTHK papers  don't really say too much.

says its a mumei kanenori wakizashi.
