sugopomedoro Posted October 9, 2024 Report Posted October 9, 2024 Hi all, I recently purchased a Wakizashi from a dealer in Japan and had it sent for Shinsa, it came back as appraised and passed with papers attributed. The person who I bought it off said it was attributed to Kanenori Muromachi period and sent me a picture of the papers. Could anyone kindly assist me with translation of the papers ? Many thanks in advance, Quote
chinaski Posted October 10, 2024 Report Posted October 10, 2024 It says it's an unsigned Wakizashi and states the length along with the date of appraisal. NBTHK papers don't really say too much. Quote
chi fan wong Posted October 10, 2024 Report Posted October 10, 2024 says its a mumei kanenori wakizashi. Quote
