Expand You are misunderstanding. The characters on the paper are 正真 – Shoshin. It is not a mei but it means “genuine”. BTW, the paper is not Hozon. The paper seems to be ussued by Nihon Token Hozonkai (日本刀剣保存会). 1 1 1 Quote
