I agree with Grey. The pictures make it appear larger and stranger than what it is. But if you "draw-in" the missing kissaki everything looks correct. 

 

Still interesting and I kinda like it.

To decide if this is a SURIAGE 'victim', one would have to see the blade from close, I think. Looking at the course of the SHINOGI, I am not so sure. Perhaps original and inspired by a Chinese lance?

Just  an chinese inspired  shape. Suriage  in the kissaki  area  would have destroyed  the kaeri of the boshi., but it is there and it runs  along the mune for an long term.
