Marius
A cheap and cheerful koshirae that has very good lacquerwork, but also signs of use (loss of lacquer, etc.). Still, it is intact and a nice object for display. The tsunagi is amateur work, but it holds saya and tsuka together, albeit not in a straight line. Tsuba is a run of the mill iron guard suitable for tanto mountings. Shitodome are shakudo, good quality. Measurements: Total length: 55.3 cm (21.8") Tsuka length: 12.3 cm (4.84") $195 incl. shipping to US and EU. PayPal fees to be paid by the buyer. Wire transfer preferred, either to US or EU bank account. The koshirae is priced to sell, menuki alone would cost just a bit less and you get fuchi kashira and a small iron tsuba, too. But I wouldn‘t touch it, it‘s still charming and decorative.

Marius
OK. Menuki cost roughly 120-150, fuchigashira the same, tsuba around 45. Total around or over 300 bucks. Plus shipping. Here you get the whole lot for 195. Not a good deal? Maybe things are much cheaper now? I am genuinely curious, so please don't mistake this for whining
