Dragon menuki gold translation of text

Hello,


 

I have some  Kaga Goto golden dragon menuki came in a box. I can translate the Hozon paper but not the text in the box which I think has some similarity with the description on the Hozon paper. 
 

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Not 100% sure of the bits in the red.
