Can someone help with the kanji Don’t know why it was painted yellow over black

Since the writing is so obscured, my best gues at the moment is 易不(Change/Spare?) for the black kanji. 

And  南二五二 (South 25(?)2) for the yellow ones. 

Still not sold on any of them, maybe someone with a better eye.

The black letters could be a family name 荒木 - Araki.
