I put this on the NMB a few weeks ago

School: Sekijoken

 

Signature: Sekiryūsai 赤龍哉 - Haynes Index = H11188.0 (Yasumitsu)

I forgot to ask about this mei on the reverse of the tsuba

Also I wonder why it has another smith on the back

Probably MITSUYUKI with KAO as Piers already pointed out.

I still wonder why there is smiths names on both sides

I am not so sure about the "MEI" on the front side. The first KANJI can also be read as "A-" as in AKAO or AKASAKA. Perhaps one of our native speakers/experts might be able to read that inscription.
