Can we look at the entire object?

The reason I am asking is the bright yellow color of nashiji and the fact that its exetured with relatively large yellowish pieces. This is Taisho- early/mid Showa style and accordingly its interesting to estimate the role plaid by the mon.

Hi Stefano,  Looks like a nice saya.  The mon is upside down.  Its a Gohei Mon (crossed scepters used by Shinto Priests) - a variant of the one shown here.

As expected, I couldn't find an exact match :-?

 

Here are two examples which, however, differ in the arrangement of the paper strips:

To simplify, guess we can call it "丸に違い幣" (Maru ni chigai hei).
