Help translating a Tsuba

Hello everyone! I’m Evan I’m new here. I was referred to this forum by a fellow from gunboards who told me you all might be able to help me learn a little more about some WW2 bring back swords I have. I posted my swords in the military discussion board. From their help on that discussion we’ve figured out the smiths of my blades but we’re having some trouble translating the Tsuba on my Wakizashi. They told me it was made by a Tomotsugu during the Muromachi period. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
