納 has a general meaning of presentation, donation etc.

 

Whether it means that Komatsuzaki placed the order, or dedicated it to a shrine, etc., I am not sure.

小松﨑納 – Komatsuzaki supplied.

 

I guess that 小松﨑 (Komatsuzaki) is 小松埼茂助 (Komatsuzaki Mosuke) and was the president of 壽屋 (Suya Shoten).

That is very interesting information. You can often find Yoshichika blades in Suya Shoten Koshirae, and there was a Yoshichika blade with the Suya stamp on the Nakago. Yoshichika was also chosen as the supplier of blades for officers of the Imperial Guards.
