Newly acquired tsuka that I would like to learn who made them, school and time period if possible. Also is the effect on surface behind Shoki called nanako or is it some other name?

YASUCHIKA.  The finish is I think ishime.  They look good, very good, but above my pay grade to say whether genuine.
