Dale Johnston passing

Just a note to the community that Dale Johnston passed on Saturday. Many of you guys knew Dale as he was a regular at shows and we shared a table for many years. Dale was a former pilot in the military and then for Delta. Dale lived in Houston and he had a great collection of Gendaito and was a good friend. He will be missed. RIP Dale.

Dale was a great guy and great friend for 30 years.  We had many good times in Houston and at the sword shows.

Sad to see him go.

     Thank you for the notice James. That is sad news. Dale was a passionate man (swords and politics), who nobly served his country. I was happy to get some of the wonderful gendaito that he didn't have room for in his two huge chests or elsewhere, and always happy to see him. His loss is a loss for all of us who share this interest. God bless Dale!
