Beige softcover, centerfold stapled, 8.5 x 10.5 inches, 76 pages, text, charts, tables, no pictures. Copy 291 of 300. Weight 8 oz, printed USA.  The two staples are rusty. The cover is detached from the top staple but still hanging on via the bottom one The center sheet is completely loose. Can be fixed via restapling, but I will let the new owner do the fixin.  Price is US$99 no pun intended!
