Hey fellas, couple more Katanas walked into the shop last week.  Need to call on your expertise again.  Any help and information would be much appreciated.  If they're real I'd like to know how to tell, and if they are repros I'd like to know as well.  Thanks in advance.  I will upload the second set of pics on a different post.

Sorry, I am unable to translate it.  The first two characters could be a Japanese last name.  However, the last three make no sense.

小浦 Kora/Ora.

There are several signs of fakery, but you can easily see this one.  When swords come into your shop, check the blade tip.  If it's angled, like this one, it's a sure sign of Chinese fakery:

They should have a nice, gradual curve, like this one:

Another red flag is the obvious "damascus" pattern in the steel. This was an uncommon method of folding in Japanese swords.
