we can only see pictures. i always like to examine in hand before buying that way i know what i am getting.  It has a paper so i would not expect a fatal flaw.  Comes down to do you like it and is it worth that to you?   you are buying from a dealers website so the price is usually top retail so if you resell you will not get what you paid but if you are buying it to enjoy that does not matter.  I would suggest moving slowly, buy some books, do some studying, see swords in hand (at a show or group.club etc) and then when you see something that is "special" to you or catches your eye you will be ready and have some background and experience.

In Italy swords are theoretically weapons like guns so you either buy them from someone who has the license to sell them or from a private individual who has the permits. many at their own risk buy from private individuals who shouldn't have swords and don't report them to the police or from katawiki which is made for all states but then everyone must know the laws of their own country. At least this sword is legal and therefore costs more. What I would like to know (within the limitations of the photos) is whether there aren't things that are not very convincing even from the photos. I have many books but let's say that what I have learned is not enough to notice possible rip-offs...theory but not very practical.

This sword had no Hozon paper ....only seller's guarantee and  from (Italian?) togishi

Maybe this is why in the USA or in other countries of UE it would be impossible to pay 5000-10000 euros for this sword...imagine with this amount you can buy something more important

He was correcting the kanji in the post above that. Same pronunciation, but wrong kanji posted.
As for your fuchi, that isn't a signature and can't be translated. It is a symbol, from a set of famous symbols. But for the life of me I can't remember their name. There are posts about them here.

2. No mention of muneyaki.

So for you something is wrong here?

I can ask for (if there is) a new polish of the blade or not, maybe "yes" because the sward is with togishi (Italian or Japanese?) certificate (without hozon paper).

This could be Shinshinto blade 1830 circa (for the seller)

AWATAGUCHI school is early KOTO, I think, starting in late HEIAN JIDAI. 

The KAISHO symbols on the FUCHI are just decorative and have no relation the the blade's maker.

on the website the seller says that the school was born much earlier but that during the shinshinto they were inspired by the school during the edo and this is from around 1830
