I thought oil tempered doesn't has hamon, just hada.

Totally wrong. Thousands of gunto are oil quenched and have very clear hamon, but no nie.
Loads of info on the forum in the military section.

Other way round. Oil produces a lifeless hamon, lacking nie and activities. Usually a nioi hamon. Can have hada, but unusual to have a well done hada on something that was mass produced/oil quenched.

I'm not saying it's a Hanwey, I'm saying it looks like one.

You have a sword clearly showing acid polish.

How many acid-polished swords have you held?

Most of them.
Almost ALL the Nihonto in SA were polished by one old guy who passed away many years ago. Or one newer guy who loved Ferric. I've held plenty.
If it wasn't for the trips to the USA and Japan, they would have been in the majority sadly.
