I have had 2 what I believe to be Japanese Military Katanas dropped off at the shop. Having a little difficulty identifying and establishing a value on both of them.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The first sword is a Type 95 (1935) used by the lower ranks while the second sword is a Type 94 (1934) Military Sword used by officers.  Alas, both are reproductions that came from China.

I posted on the other thread, a duplicate, about the 94 possibly being a Java (Sumatra) sword, but had reservations.  Can you take a look at the other thread?

This thread is quite old. Please consider starting a new thread rather than reviving this one, unless your post is really relevant and adds to the topic..
