Translation please

Hi all,

 

Can anyone translate this tag on the saya of a wakizashi. It’s a little worn and might be hard to read. Any help is appreciated.

Not a translation, however I think it may be in katakana if you want to research. A name then one yen on the left side?????

Do you think this is a surrender tag or more of an inventory or valuation sticker?

Hmmm... at the moment I am just reading single letters, and not finding much meaning. Hoping someone will come along and tweak it further. Top right looks like a kanji, but it's very worn. What I suggested was ハ at the top left might actally be part of a kanji like 池. 

 

It could even be a sales tag, with those red edges. (?)

Not a surrender tag. Price tag, repair tag, inventory tag... something like that.
