Dear everyone,

Greetings.

I Found this 94 military sword at an auction. I am interested to purchase it. Could someone please do me a favor, to identify if this sword is right.

The nakago was partially cut(suriage). Can somebody identify the inscription from it and tell the maker?

I will be truly grateful for the help.

It's a type 94 with an eggshell finish. While it may not be as desirable as the glossy finished ones to some people, it's still nice and original.
