NAGA TOSHI KOZUKA MEI ?

I need another help.

 

I think the two first Kanji read NAGA TOSHI (please be kind enough to confirm). But what is the third one ? 

 

This fence-shaped kanji is an enigma to me.

Not sure this is helpful, however google app has it as "eternal life" or "water damage." Take your pick.

Thank you Thomas and John for your interest.  I found a Naga Toshi in Haynes. Might be this name.... but this third kanji still is unknown to me.
