I am trying to read what is inscribed on a tsuba. On the left side I think I’ve got: ku (9) jyu (10) san (3) sen (thousand) ? kore (this)

My novice brain is totally stumped on the right side. Any help is much appreciated.

九十三才作之?

Made this at 93 years old?

 

(Can't figure out the top kanji. I would like it to be 加山+ 花王　(with kao), but is that a 七 above 加?)

 

Is this a tachi tsuba? What's it made of?

It is a tachi style tsuba. I don’t know what it is made of—it isn’t magnetic. Maybe pewter?
