I second Ray’s suggestion. I bought the ebook and it is a very worthwhile resource. And it appears that your smith is in it.

I found the smith Nobutomo with the exakt same Mei signature, as the one on my sword.

The signature on the blade is 信友作 (nobutomo saku), as Ray said.

But this places the blade in Suō province, and Genji era. - https://nihontoclub.com/smiths/NOB529

The NBTHK paper places it in Kasyu (today Ishikawa).

Now I'm a bit confused.

RM, as Ray notes the NBTHK paper attributes to NOBUTOMO of Kashu (Kaga Province).  There were numerous generations of them.  Have a look at NMB Downloads below (search Nobutomo) but page 99 has a tree of generations.

Thanks for the info. :)

In this case I searched for the mei signature in the database (nihonto club), and the one Nobutomo I found, seems to be the only one, who signed in that way. Hence the confusion. I looked at all the signatures of the generations of Nobutomo, and not one mached, but this one from a diferent area.
