shin gunto 1 with tassel.

Gentlemen, I'm asking for your help again. I am in the process of choosing one of these swords and would like more information. So far I only have these pictures. Thank you. 
1. Shin gunto with field grade officer's red / brown tassel & knot. Blade Length: 24 1/2" Total Length: 36"

2. Shin gunto by Yasunori (?).  Blade Length: 24 - 9/16" Overall Length: 40"

3. Shin gunto with mon. Blade Length: 24 - 11/16" Overall Length: 35". Tsuba with florals at corners and pierced through, fuchi with locking button and standard floral-over-roe pattern, which is repeated on kashira and sarute.

Number #3 is the pick of the bunch in both quality and condition.

I would also pick number 3. Although not very clear the menuki looks interesting.

Gentlemen, thank you for your advice. From the looks of it, I like number 3 the best too. Thought maybe the names on the tang might have influenced the decision. Could you please help translate the inscriptions on swords 1-3. Thank you.

The first one is mostly obscured by rust.  The only kanji I see might be "naga".

 

# 2 is probably 

勝則 (Katsunori)

北川 勝一

 

The third is unsigned.  The paint is a number "975", just assembly numbers.
